A freer
part of me.
I started making music to escape a little. To express things I couldn't really explain, and build a world of my own.
Phyles became the part of me that's more eccentric, more physical, more free. Living and playing in Bordeaux, Prague, Padova and now Lisbon changed the way I hear music. Each move opened something up.
I came from house. The Latin and tribal rhythms stayed, but the sound got faster and harder: hard bounce, hard trance, techno and latincore. I still want warmth in it. A vocal you feel, a melody that stays with you, a moment where the whole room lets go.

ONDRAA room of our own.
I started ONDRA because I wanted a place for this energy in Lisbon. Friends, new faces, hard bounce, hard trance. A room where people could feel free and get a little sweaty.
We took it to Komplex in Lisbon, then to Bordeaux. Building those nights taught me a lot about the other side of the booth. For me, ONDRA is the community side of Phyles.
